Walker, Pace nuptials

Kiondria Mashae’ Walker of Albany and Randall William Pace of Detroit, Michigan exchanged wedding vows May 1, 2010 in the sanctuary of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. The Reverend Dr. Daniel Simmons performed the ceremony.

Miss Walker is the daughter of Mrs. Elaine Williams and Mr. Mathis Williams, both of Albany. Her maternal grandmother is Ms. Annie M. Walker of Albany. Her paternal grandmother is the late Ms. Tora Bell Williams. She is a 1996 graduate of Dougherty Comprehensive High School.

Mr. Pace is the son of Ms. Elizabeth Marzett of Detroit, Michigan and the late Martin Louis Pace. He attended schools in Wayne County.

Upon commencement of the wedding, Miss Walker was escorted down the aisle by her Kenya Williams, her brother, and her father. She wore an elegant strapless white gown and church train.

Kimyatta Walker, her sister, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Kimberly Crayton, Vontresa Edwards and Tiffany Johnson. Kamaya Walker, her niece, was a junior bridesmaid. Flower girls were Amayah Wilson, and Nia Wilson. Sonjas Clark was Lady in Waiting. Tuwanna Edwards, Stacy Thompson-Wilson, Nicole Washington and Charmese Wilson were hostesses. Karen R. White served as coordinator.

Akili Trice was bestman. Derrick Holmes, Marcus Wilson and Marlon Wilson were groomsmen. Master Kaylen Trice was Walker, Pace nuptials ring bearer. Timothy Hardwick and Joseph Sheffield were ushers.

Anointed and Brian Jones provided the wedding music. A formal reception followed the wedding ceremony in the multi-purpose room at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. The couple honeymooned in
