Minister Bryan J. Barnett To Bring Message Sunday at Second Bethesda Bapt. Church

ALBANY, GA - The Second Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church Family invites you to share in a worship experience Sun., Aug. 10, 2014 at 11a.m.

Our guest will be Minister Bryan J. Barnett, a native of Nashville, TN where he currently resides. He is a graduate of Tennessee State University 

where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with emphasis on Secondary Education. 

 At the age of 12, Minister Barnett received salvation and was baptized at Greater Bethel AME Church under the leadership of 131st Elected Bishop, Dr. Clement W. Fugh.  While serving as a member of Greater Bethel, Minister Barnett was active in the Y.P.D., Acolyte Ministry, Junior Ushers, Florence E.

 Barnes Youth Choir, Sunday school, and Bible Study. At the age of 16, Minister Barnett accepted God’s call to preach the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ, under the pastorate of Rev. William W. Easley. He was then licensed in the AME church as an Exhorter.

In 2010, Minister Barnett united with Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Walter Grant, where he was licensed and ordained on November 11, 2012. Minister Barnett currently serves as the associate to Oak Grove. In his spare time, you will find ‘Barnett’, as he is affectionately known, spending time with family, his nieces and nephews, and seeking the salvation of his kindred’s and acquaintances. Minister Barnett is truly a man of God, who exemplifies the characteristics and humility of Christ.
